Executive Job Sites That Charge-Worth It?

  Has anyone tried doing a search for high level executive jobs on ExecCrossing? I know tons of people are raving about ExecCrossing but like the Ladder site, Execunet, etc. I am not sure I am interested in paying a job site to find an executive job. I know of several people who’ve gotten decent jobs with ExecCrossing recently but I still think paying to see jobs on job sites seems like a sham. Does anyone else agree?
