      Does anyone knowthe reasonthe crippling capasitor was installed? Does it save battery life, or was it just put in to destroy the range of the R.C. car?

      i believe it is there so that you can have several groups of people racing on different table tracks in the same room -to prevent you from controlling the cars on the next table!
