      I’m trying to add my personal avatar But wont come up I get some weird image I can read coming up how do I fix that?

      Depends on the site you’re trying to get the image from. Some sites have code so that if you try to steal one of their images, all you see if their site logo or advert instead. I think WebShots is like that.
