      Well I finally did it!

Yup – after two house moves I ve dragged out all the Mini-Z stuff and spent a solid few hours this afternoon tweaking and checking.

With my partner away for the next week I ve spread out across the study – it s a sea of bits and pieces but damn it was good to get some time to spend doing all those things like polishing diff balls, soldering in more FETs and generally making sure everything is working.

      Highlights include:
Install 5×2 stack into my other halfs Z… even with a stock motor this makes an amazing mod.

Upgraded the 2×2 stack in my Z to a 5×2 stack! Holy bungholio Batman! there is a difference 😉 It s time like this I wish I had a Nelly 😉

Install Carbon H-plate in other halfs Z

Install X-Speed in mine (after having the motor for close to two years!)

Clean up and check all the axles and bearings… Yup all is good!

Now I m off to the carpark under the building to see how they go 😉

*laughs* yeah – I’m not game to get my TA-03 off the shelf these days 😉 I always seem to break something when I run it…. I should really have another go at getting it running properly though…

Cleaning my nitro buggy is a pain….so I waterproofed everything…..now its just a hose down at the end of the day 🙂

Aaron, just remember with additional performance, comes additional maintainence.
