      i gotta choice of buying a old dirt trasher a old baja champ or a duratrax evader.. whats the toughest.. not worried about speed

      I’m sorry to say that Tamiya use amoung the least durable plastics, Evader is toughest. I don’t like Baja Champ because of it’s too short touring car shocks. Just not enough travel for real off roading.

      Dirt Thrasher is great, but has a nasty habit of breaking front shock towers (AU$12), you can prolong their life many times by making an alu cross brace, or tracking down a Top Force fibre glass or CF version.

      Depends, as said the Baja CHamp ain’t the greatest, but the parts are plentyful, it’s nice and simple 4wd, and generally tough enough.

      You may find it harder to get parts for the Evader – again it’s a simple thing but tough, and funt o drive – rwd only though.

      ive decided on the dirt thrasher.. casue it looks better than the baja and parts are semi avalible …

      im going for the second casue it looks cooler … heheheh also looks tougher casue the baja looks to long
