  Velodrome on SATURDAY Oct 13th.
  
  Coburg Velo Charles St Coburg from 12.00 till around 5.00
  
  Entry for racers and spectators alike is FREE. (This means no money)
  
  No organised racing, just organised mayhem and silliness.
  
  Any car, any mode of propulsion, any number of cells..etc etc..
  Well you get the idea.
  Come along and try something different.

  hmmm. coburg is not far from my place. sounds like fun.
  
  only outdoor velodrome ive been to is in reservoir, and that surface was shithouse. how smooth is this one? what scale normally race?

  surface is pretty good, i ran an xmod on it once.
  
  usual scale is 1:18 – 1:8 but anything goes :8ball:

  was good day! weather held up
  
  but most cars unfortunately retired before i arrived @ 1.45
  so just about had the whole track to myself 🙂
  
  dumped all the batts i had & we packed up at 3.15

  HAHA! My mates and I showed up, after a 45 minute drive, at 3:30pm. No one was there by then, I hadn’t even brought any cars, my charger is cactus. Anyway, it was a good excuse to have a beer in Fitzroy…
