      Hi

      I ve brought a GPM Front Damper Mount for my iWaver04 but I cant work out how to fit it.

      The problem is that the body mount rails on the 04 are attached to the plastic damper mounts (front and back).

      What is the best way to fit the alloy part?

      You need to carefully sperate the cross piece from the front mount. Becuase iWaver mounts the bodies differently and GLUE! this piece in it can be hard work, but it can be done. We did it for Kitty’s iW04 and just let the front ends of the cross piece clip into the alloy mount.

      The part is made to fit exactly for the Kyosho but there are two separate rails that join on to it to form the rail for the shell to attach to.

      On the iWaver the rails are stuck to the damper mount and aren’t separate parts like the Kyosho

      if you get anything from bithed, make it the kyosho alloy damper mounts. they are soo much nicer
