I’ve just received the latest “Global Sources” Magazine and CD-ROM in the mail. Volume 2 each year is the most exciting as it’s the “Gift & Toys” special – an 80page mag FULL of toy and gadget suppliers/manufactures, plus a searchable CD-ROM with 47,00 products and 21,000 suppliers.
Amongst the regular micro RC stuff, I found another new release Bit Char-G pretender. Interesting specs, to say the least (check out the range!). Don’t shoot the messenger with regards to the claims…. I’m just passing on the message :smiley15:For my money, thatdecal on the rear guard looks suspiciously like the “Bensu” sticker on the OEM cars. BUT the factory for those cars is in Tangshan. Go figure…. perhaps someone is copying the OEM copycats? :smiley5:

More news as it comes to hand.

…that’s not an antenna! Somebody dropped a toothpick!
And if you ask me (which nobody ever does–sniff!), it’s more than a passing similarity to the OEM cars. The wheels/tires even look like OEM/Bit Char-G to me.

Hi Guys,
My first post – here goes.
It is the Bullet Bit Char-G cars. I went to their website and found it there with some additional images. The last one is the packaged unit ….. it’s the same Bullet cars as seen at ToyEast.com
Excellent site BTW – one day all bit char-g sites will be as good as this.
Cheers,
Martin

Concur. In fact, one of my two bullets has the EXACT SAME paint job! But those specs are WAAAAAY off. No way it has a range of 15 m! It’s closer to 15 cm :smiley2:

They’re called OEM-Mouse cars 😉

Hi Aaron.
They’re different from the OEM Mouse versions – these are definately the OEM Bullets (you can tell because of the bullet shapped packaging. The Mouse versions have a square box and a different controller.
