Assuming that Bit Char-G cars are 1:64 scale the conversion would be 3/16″=1′, a standard arch. scale.

Also applying that there are 5280′ in a mile you would multiply (3/16)*5280 to get 990.

You then divide 990 by 12 to get the proper units (ft). This produces 82.5′

The last step is to multiply 82.5′ by 1/4. The product is 20.625 or 20′-6″.

The reason I know this so well is because although I have just gotten my Bit Char-G’s I was thinking of drag times before hand, anyway anbody have any sugestions on how long to make a quarter mile conversion being as though 20′ is a loooonnngggg wwaaayyy. I was thinking maybe a 1/8 drag strip which would be about 10′.

Pardon it for sounding so technical but I posted this as reply about a drag racing thread on another board and instead of re-typing just pasted.

      peace

Take a look at the “BitDra-G” competition guidelines at http://www.questformadness.comand click downloads. The short dragin those rules callsfor a 12′ run.

      Peace.
