Some of the older kiddies here might have a HF CB lying around somewhere. In the past week or so there has been a lot of activity between sydney and melbourne lately. So fire up the old AM or SSB box if you have one and pop it on Ch20 and put a call out for ausmicro.

I’m sporadically listening to it on AM or USB (or even FM) between 6 and 10pm. I usually put out a call on the half hour.

Give it a go.. it’ll help you brush up on your radio skills.
if you haven’t got one, but would like to give it a go, you can most likely find a cheap second hand 27MHz CB for about $20-$50 on http://www.vkham.com
