Crude but effective charging

      this looks worse than ‘backyard” but it works very well.

      Power supply – anything putting out over 5 Volts.

      One 7805 5V regulator.

      One cheap multimeter.

      about 5 Ohms of resistors.

      some enammelled wire for hookup.

      charging at about 370mA, 10 mins seems to reach full charge for a 50mAh cell.

      Use the same for ZZSE and ZZMT, only with out the resistors.

      just got some 150mAh cells in.. damn car runs for over half an hour on CARPET :sleep:

      FETs arrive tomorrow, already removed the transistors, now all I need is some taller gearing to really get it moving.

      Any tips on where to find gears?

      Or just get the usual ZZSE set?

      Finally, how does a ZZ Nx motor compare to an X Trek 3.4 (which I already have)?
