What’s your actual Q…?
MiniX is a 4WD car with suspension, centre motor
and its meant to use lexan bodyshells. It would be hard to put miniZ shells on that
without some serious surgery. -

do mini z stuff fit on palm runners. and wat are the differences between them?

dont even think of the palm runner, its cheap and nasty, with non proportional control, and virtually no grunt.

but a cheap source of shell/wheels/tires. If you can pick one up for under $50aud (quite easy), well worth the bother. Like Jamie sez though, they’re nothing more than a big Bit. Cant say I agree with “cheap and nasty” though Jamie…

Well what i mean is you get what you pay for, cheap and nasty electronics and an actuator steering mechanism, but you get lovely mini Z bodies, wheels and tyres.

Yea, I’ll side with dgs there – definitely far from ‘nasty’.
If you can find a PR for less than the Kyosho bodyset, that’s a good bargain.
I think the radiogear would be a lot beefier than the electronics in a BCG, and would definitely have much better signal range for when you want to build a hangar rat plane. :smiley2:

And you can get Mini-Zs for about US$85 in some places + delivery…

Why would you use a Heavy PR system to run 2 bit motors in a hangar rat.
