      welcome to the forum betty.k.
According to micro_Amps, it’s nearly impossible to do a MOSFET mod on it. It already has dual cell mod and lights so there ain’t much mod u need to add onto that car.
I have no idea on the curcuit diagrams so sorry.

      Yes, welcome Betty.K

As far as I know, schematics for this one are not on the net.
They are designed around a Pericom chipset, which ups the difficulty level for mods from the outset.

The only (partial) diagram I have for this one is the one I have hand drawn whilst modding. The drive circuit is a pain in the arse, the ‘boost’ speed uses a fet (switched on by the turbo signal) to bridge out the transistors in the forward circuit of the H-bridge, thats part of the reason it doesnt have 2 speeds in reverse. No joy with mods on this on really, just enjoy it the way it is. Or get into it yourself and draw out the circuit, its not that hard really.
      Goodluck

thanks for the help guys. i suspected it would be difficult to work with, but i’ve managed to extend drive time a little by removing the headlights and i charge at least twice. i’ve drastically improved handling by adding suspension on the front(remove sway bar and replace with something flexible, like the plastic packaging) and replacing the rear tires with custom pen grip tires, which act as a poor man’s suspension. i’ve even gone as far as cutting out the air intake on the bonnet of my subaru and adding a fine silver mesh for realism(loosly woven silver ribbon)!! thanks again:8ball:

You can sign up for your very own free ausmicro.com members gallery, where you can post pics hosted by the site. It is a very cool feature of the site. Here is the link:)

      http://members.ausmicro.com/

Just follow the instructions or ask questions in the general chat forum if you have any when you are trying to set up a gallery.

camera phone pics should be ok. I have seen worse:)

Since my last post I had a think about the enertec circuit (sad hey, I have no life) and I now have another idea for a fet mod, leave it with me and I’ll see if I cant breathe some life into these cars.

well, i’ve managed to get a couple of pics in the members gallery but not all of the ones i tried to upload. and one of the shots that’s in is repeated to the end. anyway i’ll try and sort it out. i was initially just curious as to what mods were available, but now that i think about it boost in reverse would be handy! i don’t think they need to go any faster forward though, they fly as it is!:8ball:

thanks, i’m not real good at this internet stuff!:8ball: p.s. micro amps, what with the amount of time we spend on the net and playing with toy cars, i think it’s safe to say most of us have no lives. and loving it!:D

B.K., I’m not sure there is any more to life than the internet and toy cars any way.
What, you mean there is life outside of the house too……nnaaaahhhh.:D
