      IRLML2502 FETs are used in Bit Char-G FET mods. Thjere are detailed threads on the mods in this forum.

      I beliver ausmicro.com can deliver these FETs for AUD2.50 each delivered anywhere in the world by simply buying 100 of them in one batch and selling them over time.

      If this sounds like a good deal and you d be interested in taking advantage of it let me know and we ll see about placing an order.

      I don t want to get stuck with 96 FETs becuase only one person wants 4 😉

      So I count that as interest for at least 32?

      OK Folks..
      If I buy 3000 (yes Three Thousand) of them I could sell them for AUD0.50 each. However given the chances of selling 3000 units I probably can’t go much better than AUD2.00 each at this stage.

      Investigations continue.

      Unless someone wants to give me an interest free loan for about $1200, I’ll pay you back 1 sale at a time! 😉

      Mental note for everyone. If this is your first time doing this kind of mod, then I would get about 20 extra in case you mess it up. Especially if you’re clumsy and drop them like me. One of the hardest things you will ever do in your life is try to find one of these little bastards on a multi-colored carpet floor. OK, maybe it’s not that hard, but half the time I give up and grab another.
