      Just got back from Japan and found out they use a HIGHER rating FET so i bought a boat load.

      FETS here in the U.S.:

      FDS8958 Current Rating: 7A (6 Pieces for $14.95 USD +S+H on Ebay)
      4562 FET Current Rating:7A ($2.99 USD each on Ebay and AtomicMods)

      My FETS From Japan: Current Rating: 9A $4.00 USD each + S+H

      the FETs are made by Rohm, Japan

      Ive seen a mini z (AWD) in Japan stacked 2×5 = 45 Amps you can put any motor on that thing….it was for sale thought 20, 000 Yen ($160 USD)

      i replaced my stock FETS on my AWD (not stacked, 2×1) it can go as fast as a 10th scale car (w a 540 motor). i only did ths for a sleeper look, no need to go faster then a 10th scale car on a mini z track. you’ll be amazed how fast it is by just replacing the FETS

      Hi Berni
      Just finished my MR02 AD Band with 3×2 with Atomic T2 motor.It is faster
      than the one has 3×2 (4562 Fet). It has very smooth in between speed control
      not like the one with 4562 Fet.
      Do you still have the Fets? I need some more for another AD Band AWD and
      some AM PCB and also need some for spares. I’m looking for 20 Fets. Thank
      you.
