thanx averyone!.this is the third ute i have made, and the Bb is one of the easyest to do it too.
the shell was raised, cut down and tray added. back window was made from a soda bottle and the spotlights came from a $2 bi-lo monster truck, the rollbar/light support was made from balsawood with a citadel putty shell.

the chassis was borrowed from my enzo for the shot, and the rear tyres are pull back fronts(they are wide enough to give better stick without needing a rimswap).

You should add a second set of tires on the back and make it a duelly (sp?) Give it a bit more attitude:) Speaking of attitude check this one out, lol…

nice baby pic, i wonder if it has a habit of dooing that?

i wish i had thought of the dual axle sooner. but the work has been completed and i’m not going to redo the paintjob.

maybe i’ll revisit this idea when i run out of other projects tho..

I was looking through your pics. I’ve only been gone for a few months, but I can tell you’ve been busy. The BB is really good, but there’s a lot of other good looking cars in the bunch too. Did you paint that Skyline 2000? It’s a good red/orange.

sure did paint the gtr2000. it was a combo of a warm red and fiery orange. i used my minature painting techniques on it, to slowly get the colour brighter on all the details i wanted to pick out.

when i was younger my favorite looking car was a holden torana in that red/orange. the skyline shell was the closest match to the original so i did my best from memory to get the colour as acurate as posible.

hachi, did you see the Bbeast mounted on the monster chassis yet?
