hmm turns out that my account is one o those hotmail plus accounts.. that means when everyone had 2mb of space.. i already had 10mb.. and i didnt even pay to upgrade like that.. my account just happened to be like that!.. and since its a hotmail plus account, turns out mine instead of being upgraded to 250mb.. it says this on the side when i sign in:
Coming soon! Upgrade to your ninemsn account:

Yeah the good thing about gmail is that you can get it to automatically forward any mail that it receives to your hotmail account or what ever account that your have.
There is also a mail notification utility that you download to your desktop that advises your of mail that has arrived as well…

mmmm
Have I mentioned ausmicro.com e-mail yet?
It’s ‘sorta’ free but has web and POP3 capability, has a really cool address of “nickname@ausmicro.com” and has no advertising at all?
Best bit is those Google freaks won’t be reading all your e-mail either 😉

nope you havent mentioned it… whats this “sorta free” buisness?? and when will it be available?

Coming soon in the new version of ausmicro.com (ie when we’re on our new server) Mid-Late November is my timeframe.
“Sorta Free” is a price that is cheap for a service that doesn’t plaster you will ads, has proper POP3 and IMAP functionality and is on one of the coolest domain names around! In other words I don’t quick know yet ;0

POP3/IMAP are services that let you read your e-mail with any ‘proper’ mail programn instead of using a web-browser. Often quicker and easier than webmail for quick stuff 🙂
