  I’m sure you’ve all noticed the Google ads that come up in our ‘rotation’.
  
  I was skeptical about them as well lets face it the last bunch of banner ads were less than productive and then the company ended up ripping us off… *pricks*
  
  Anyways would you belive that in the last couple of weeks we’ve already clicked up USD0.57!!!

  I turned it Off Panda 🙂 I figure Banner ads are not impacting anyone and obviously (judging by those mega $$ we make) occasionally someone is clicking on them.
  
  Don’t want to go all advertising driven like some of the other sites out there.

  *laughs* We’re at $3.15 now! At this rate approximately 2.5% of the months hosting bill is covered with Google Ad revenue!

  change the frequency of them coming up Aaron so i can click more of them…
  
  some of them have been pretty in tune with the topics on the threads… wholesale battery chargers came up the other day… $1.23 usd for a peak charger, if you buy 1000 units that is!

  ok, ive seen heaps lately, and its like they know exactly what things i like or might be interested in… i think they are not intrusive at all and way better than other sites big flashy animated ads that come up…

  sometimes i notice them just as i am about to go to the next page and sadly the back button loads up a new set of ads…
  
  there was one that advertized overland off road tracks made of fibreglass that i wanted to see!

  He was hosting a website dedicated to showing all the latest pics/videos from the Tsunami disater in december 04.
  He just put the google ads on the page to help pay the bills and because it was such a high traffic site he made a fortune.
  
  He also started a website called lipsync.us after ashley simpson lip sync’d on SNL and made quite a nice chunk of cash off that aswell.
