All I have seen for range is the cap on the car, new antenna, and controller cap.
I have pulled the car cap and have checked for the crip cap in the controller. There wasn’t one between L3 and R9. However on the otherside of the pcb, there is one solo cap that looks to be an after thought type device. I think its a “crip cap” since its on the ant. leg of the pcb but I am half afraid and half lazy to pull my controller apart for the 3rd time to see. This is on the Mazda RX-7 57mHz.
I am wishing for some conformation from other owners if they have this same cap before I pull it.
I only get around 10 feet of range currently
