hello fellow bit addicts, i have been thinking, and have decided to design a new system for steering in bits. I dont like the way they steer now because its fragile and sometimes faulty. So, anyone got any ideas for a good steering system. An idea i had is instead of having a magnet in the middle, using electric magnets on the side and a piece of iron in the middle, so that the magnet would be better secured and not as fragile. Also i think the steering would be more powerfull. And instead of a spring, using something like a mini rubberband, to me this sounds more powerfull and securei think that would work good. I need some input.
