New Track in Nunawading/Vermont

Guys,
the opertunity of a new facility in nunawading being built is comming up, but needs EOI from people to convince the council its a good use of there land.
the facility will cater for 1:10 and 1:8 EP and GP on/offroad. but here is the clintcher could be a 1:18 offroad and possibly onroad track happening aswell as rock crawlers. a 1:18 track would be a much better arena for them mini-zs than a large 1:10 track such as TFTR,
so whos interested. yes im keen i wanna get 1:16 (mini infernos and stuff) offroad racing happening

Mate, ATM some of the boys on ausrc are talking to the council about abit of land. nothing “official” yet. but the 3rd meeting they should come out with what the council wants, soon there should be a official show of hands (will be via some form of paperwork or mass email in or something to show the coincil the people want it)

Nunawading don’t have much empty land left, except towards Scoresby.

Got Carrington Park (Knox) not too far away either.
