You running the a.w.d set? That looks like part of the stock set up before the all wheel drive goes in. Will check for you onight, and let you know first thing tomorrow.

      Yeah it’s AWD.

Sorta thinking I’ll take it back to 2 wheel drive so I can turn corners again. Would be good to know if it’s an important part :p

I’m about to take out the AWD. So where does that spare part go when I put the 2WD back in?

yes that is for stock steering.

kerosene: i removed my awd pinion and glued the bearing/driveshaft into place and left the awd front end axle stuff intact. i like it better this way than stock.

without a metal rod being turned by the gear, all that energy goes to the rear end and isnt being wasted on nothing now. also with the diff in the front when one wheel spins it makes the other spin with it but it doesnt force it along. i think this really makes the car track straight.
