  hi,
  greetings from Italy.
  
  I’m sorry but there is an italian site http://www.microsizer.it , a commercial site, that is using your videos to promote his business.
  It is using your videos on ebay too.
  The videos are the Lego and supra from ausmicro.
  There is no copyright or even a link to you or ausmicro.

  what a cheesy site, if you go to where the tips & tricks are, the page is empty, same with the custom gallery. I bet they dont even know what the heat sink is let alone custom modification.

  Aaron, I think if you email them and let him know you are aware that he is using vids from this site they may pull the vids or at least give credit to ausmicro or Dave?

  Yeah – at the moment I’m leaning towards Imprezzas option – although there’s always the ability to swap the videos with something more appropriate to his site.

  Kick their arse for me. I’ve had someone ask me for permission to use that video to help him sell his merchandise, and I said NO. not unless I get a cut, or he wants to pay rental for it. Why should someone else make money out of something that took me hours to do, and I’m not making any money out of.

  if he’s linking to the videos from your site i would swap the good video with a video that simply reads:

  Dave how about overlaying in a watermark on your next vids, or splicing a credit screen halfway thru, or at least caption-like text near the bottom of the vid?

  btw what do you want to do now? give him full access to the forums ? let him copy posts to populate his forum ? 😯
