I have an NSX too. I did to crippling capactor and i got about 20 feet. I also did the the fix length antenna mod as well as the solid core cooper wire antenna on the car itself, i got about 50 feet(which is enough, from 50 feet awayi can’t even see my car). The reason for the crippling capactor is because these remote tranmit mixed frequency. Therefore, if a 45 mhz was close enough for to my NSX, it can control it. And inorder to encourge Indoor racing in a small area, the people at Tomy had to limit the mixed transmission by limiting the range of the controller.
I want to paint my car anyone have and suggestions? Right now it is Red w/white and red tires.
