      I have a Half8 that I am looking to upgrade. The final plan is for it to be able to beat a postie bike over 100 metres on the airstrip we have at work. I have a brushless setup on order, and just want to know what is likely to break.

      How are you gunna spot your 1/18th over 100m away??

      We took my 2 Xrays out to the garden the other day, can barely see which way they’re pointing even only 30m away… (must be getting old hehe)

      That is a damn good point… I might put a port/starboard style marker on each side. I still need to know what is gunna need toughening (is that a word?).

      if you’re going brushless then you’ll want to toughen the drivetrain, outdrives and dogbones for a start :8ball:
