      Is it possible to run the X-Speed plus in a Firelap 4.0 without having to have a FET stack of Turbo? I believe that the Firelap 4.0 had upgraded FET’s capable of handling 5 amps but is this enough to be able to run the X-Speed Plus without frying the FET’s.

      Yes, according to iWaver it should be fine.

      BUT UI would follow these simple guidelines. Do not ‘lock’ the motor up and apply throttle (ie get it wedged against a wall), don’t drive over long grass for a prolonged period etc.

      It’s quite likely the FETs will blow if you get more adventurous but by then you’ll be hooked on speed 🙂
