well i dont see what the stadium would be needed for.. WRC rallys take place on roads not in stadiums. spectators line the sides of the roads at safe spots (areas where they are least likely to get run over). and as far as the speeding goes. it depends on the rally i know that LSPR and one other rally disqualify racers if they are caught speeding. Rim of the world rally does not disqualify speeders.. they just have to pay the ticket.
and there was a mini raced at the rim rally this year. a new one. i got pics. hopefully i will have time to finish the photoalubm tonite…
