  yeah i was gonna make a 4wd ages ago with a similar motor set up but i couldnt figure out the steering…good work..
  maybe you should modify the back (remove the middle gear) so it has the same ratio as the front otherwise you might cause a back emf and wreck a motor or two

  Yea, it’s a work in progress. It has a motor up fornt and in the back to drive it and one up top to be used as steering. It’s going to have 4 wheel steering soon. Just a matter of figuring it out. Any ideas?

  Try a crossed over rubber band between th front and back wheels, so both front and back tires are swivelled together on one side when turning.

  It’s not rack n pinion now, but that is an idea being considered. Got to see what biohazard thinks. I will be posting more pictures and also some video on it driving around in the near future. It has changed a little since this picture was taken. I will try and get an updated version when I get a chance.

  Cut roof off and extended it. Used 2 shells.

  Plan to compensate gear ratios with resistors.

  Problem is you will have reduced power, running a taller gear ratio…….basically you will have very little power.

  well, it’s me again. i got some new news. it’s been awhile since i showed anything but the body because the internal was seeming more difficult as the days past (and let’s just face it, that stuff is hard). after days of tinkering and tweaking and a little drinking, now all 3 motors in the truck are working!!! they are all spinning and operating, but the turning still needs some fooling around with. i’m getting so excited! are you?
