  I was just curious to find out the average age of BCG users, I have used my BCG in public many times and have heard people saying, arnt you a bit old for that! so if you dont mind, post your age!

  18 most my mate pay me out a bout kid toys but when they play with it they love it i also own lego soccer that is cool as well and love playing GBA so i love beeing a BIG kid

  I have made a BCG soccer set, with a feild and goals, its heeps fun! just use a small marble, tried a bouncy ball, but that was silly! Good to hear that im not the oldest BCG person out there, im far from it!:approve:

  I went into a toyworld store the other day and asked the guy behind the RC counter if i could have a look at some of the nanoraces on the shelf, he said, for the kids hey? and i said, no i collect them. Then he looked at me funney. Well atleast since i found this page i know im not on my own!

  This thread is another reason for everyone to fill out their info (as much as you’d like but please stick your age and Gender in!) becuase we can then implement cool things like “What’s the average age of an ausmicro.com user?”

  Well this makes me feel a little better. I thought I was regressing into some kind of bitcharg induced juvenile psychosis. And worse, I didnt even care, so long as I could play with my BCGs on the kitchen floor evey now and again.
  I see I’m not alone…..
  The average age of the posts in this string so far is 26, so kiddies move over, the big kids are in town.

  I know I’m enjoying being 27.75 and buying myself the toys that my parents could never afford to buy me. I gave my Dad (who’s a little beyond twice my age) one last year and he loves it.
  
  I think the technology has come to such a point that it’s just pure fun.
  
  A lot fo us are rebelling against what I call the Playstation Syndrome too. (we’d rather play with a real toy instead of staring at the TV for hours straight).

  Time to up the average… 30 years young and still going. Do tend to get some odd looks when purchasing parts, etc. but im having fun… and this technology wasnt around when we were younger, making the appeal that bit greater (for me, anyway!!)
  By the way, ‘Playstation syndrome’ will not be avoided with an x-box.
  Same syndrome, intensified by smaller range & quality of titles available. And my Compacts get their most use when the PS2 is on…
  quick bursts of racing between Timesplitters 2 deathmatchs!! Makes waiting for another go that bit less tedious.:smiley2:

  Why are ppl ashamed of playing with BCG? I dont think tomy would bother making Skylines, supras, rx7’s trueno’s etc, not to mention tyre sets, motors, gearsets etc just for lil kids to play with.
  I reckon TOMY were trying to catch our agegroup (s), lil kids couldnt give a sh*t about all that stuff. e.g. some lil kids saw me racing my mini z, they thought it was great, until they discovered it only had 4 wheels lol.
