Axle Trouble

  Hi, Has anybody had troubles with the axle slipping on the gear wheel? so that when you accelerate quickly only one wheel spins? I have recently had this problem with both of my bcg’s and its annoying me, because it makes it harder to turn, they are just the standard axles and the orange gears, i havent tried to remove the wheels either!

  Might be worth while putting 1/4 a drop of superglue in the wheel that’s slipping, while it’s slipping (to let the glue work it’s way into the hole), then let it sit overnight.
  
  Best I can think of, but then again, I’ve never had to fix that problem. Maybe one of the guys why have done a wheel/mag mod might be better.

  yeahi was thingking about doing a wheel mod a couple of weeks ago, using coin racer wheels, they have the most stickiest rubber, but i might just get some new axles, so my bcg’s wont be gathering dust if i stuff it up.

  i just pulled the slipping wheel off added a drop of araldite put the wheel back on and voila! no more crazy donuts

  Gotta be careful with rotating stuff and superglue. I got superglue all over my face and in my eyes :S

  Lol, thanks guys, i stuffed an axle, DOH! got it all over the gear, so the wheels go 1/2 a turn then jam. Might have to make another visit to trading direct!
