      I was interested if anyone has tried to turn a bit char-g into an indoor plane? by using light balsa, the motor for the prop and the steering for the direction?

      Has the hovercraft been completed? I know the bloke started it, but last I read he had to stop for Uni exams. There’s people trying to do a helecopter too I believe. there’s certainly MiniZ scale motors being used in helecopters, but man are they expensive.

      An indoor plane would be good, especially a “hangar rat” (plans can be found on the net. You would definately need range mods, and a lot more power.

      Yeah, the boad would be sick! but finding a good prop and shaft would be hard, would be interesting to use it in windy conditions!

      The plane is finished!
      I have to seriously redesign it, prop is to big, it dosent want to fly upwards and steering doesent half work, as the hinges were to heavy. Also having range problems as i have to chase it around the stadium when it gets going!

      havent weighed it yet, probably as light as a bcg with out the battery and without the shell,

      can anyone reccomend a good prop to use? i used one of my old aeroflight balsa rubber band type ones, too heavy, so i trimmed it down, and now i stuffed it!

      damn expensive, i dont see tomy releasing a combat sub ala original ausmicro wishlists
