  I’d like to Congratulate micro_Amps and welcome him into the ausmicro.com Moderator Team!
  
  I’m sure you’ll all make him feel welcome and pay attention to any Moderators comments he makes.
  
  micro_Amps brings a highly respected skill level to the team here and hopefully will help build up the technical aspects of ausmicro.com and give the management team some fresh ideas an directions!
  
  We will be adjusting the Moderating team over the next few weeks, so more changes will be posted to this thread.

  Its kinda interesting seeing (reading) what goes on behind the scenes to keep this site ticking over. Now that I can read all the past moderators stuff.
  I’d like to applaude the current moderators, (espacially Aaron of course) for the organisation that has gone on so far, to get, and keep this site going.
  Well done to all concerned.
  I hope I can contribute toward keeping this place as informative and as much fun as it already is.
  The input comes from the members of course, and what a great bunch we have here.
  Keep it coming.

  From the background point of view it takes approximately 56 changes to the site configuration to create a Moderator. The blue glow appears on the Second change and then I have to co-ordinate the annoucement and the other 54 changes in very rapid succession…

  No more smart comments, people will be banned all over the place, a warning meter will be put on everyboby’s posts, and any guff toward the moderators will not be tolerated. From now on, three strikes and you’re out, I’ve got a few scores to settle, for example…
  Spelling mistkaes and you’re banned!
  SMS speak and you’re banned!
  Incorrect punctuation and you’re banned!
  Short posts, like “Yeah I know…” , get out!!! you’re banned
  And then there’s …..
