      I’ve just turned 22! And everyone at my party has said that I’m too old to be playing with toys…

      And then they hand me a beautifully wrapped Black Celica 35Mhz BCG, with a 2.6 motor!!! WHooo Hoooo!

      I wouldn’t get my friends to buy me r/c anything! They are r/c virgins and would undoubtably buy the wrong one…..
      There is only one or two people I would trust to buy me a present like that, and I can assure you that if my boyfriend bought me r/c or kitchen appliances………

      The Celica wasn’t from my gf. (Although my first BCG was…) She doesn’t need to rely on giving me r/c either… although I wouldn’t really mind if she did… just as long as it wasn’t the only present she gave me! :smiley2:

      Thanks for the Birthday Wishes Everybody!

      I love the Celica, it has better range than my S2000 right outta the box, and with the 2.6 it goes zoom zoom. :approve: I don’t think I’ll be modding this one… except maybe replacing the battery. (It doesn’t seem to last as long as my S2k when it gets dbl charged… but that could be because its still new… 😀

      you can always do the lowering tab mod on the chassi where ur beatiful shell will not be damaged

      Have never heard of it… Have you got instructions (hopefully with pics) ? I’ve been looking and playing with it, and you’re right… if I lower it it would look much better…

      what u have to do is:
      have a look at the front tab on which the body slots on the chassis.
      now cut a pecie of plastic from something with kinda the same diameter and put it aside.
      shave back about half the tab on the actual chassis. no glue the other pecie of plastic u cut and there u have, ur car is now lower and looks awesome. for more details check out the BCG site “the admirals lair”

      hmm…. cutting… umm… :dead: that sounds so simple… yet if I screw it up… blackeye: umm… I’ll think about it some more.

      Maybe I should do it on the cannon fodder 27Mhz chassis that I’m getting from JNH… the one I”m planning to do a dual bat sleeper mod on…

      I hate cutting myself, which is why my MiniZ hasn’t been fixed properly yet.

      I want a supra shell one day for my BCG…..

      Think I will have to wait for the $5 white shells someone said they can get to use with the ausmicro decals!!!
