is there a mod to make your steering tighter? if so what does it require and how difficult is it?

What type of tighter do you mean?
like slower? not so floppy?I think it would be quite a task to fix either of these!

Perhaps springs? Maybe the suspension kits that Tomy make?
I’m buying some springs today, but I haven’t actually tried either of these. Has anyone else tried them?
How do mechanice improve the turning circle on real cars? Anyone know?

possibly use hard tyres on the front for a smaller turning circle …

hard tyres up front produce oversteer which makes a larger turning circle.
There are three types of people in the world, those who can count, and those who can’t.

Yeh um…understeer makes the turning circle larger.
Hard tyres slip a bit and allow the circle to widen out. The softest tyres out of the BCG tyre set (the pink ones) stick reeeeaaall well and the turning circle is as tight as. Be careful no to turn too fast tho, youll flip over. -

use some pink tyres or better yet, GERMAN RIMS!!!!
and use a set of springs and a soft stabisus and u will have very tight corners—-

So the sway bar thing on top of the steering assembly makes a difference if it’s more rigid, softer, taken away altogether, etc.
Who’s tried what, and what was the difference to the turning circle?

I screwed up my steering spring, and instead of buying a replacement I tried making one, and quickly found that impossible and all the alternative sources for a replacement spring provided too much stiffness and thus no turning at all.
I had a epiphany and tried using an orthodontic elastic band (rubber band from braces) and put it in the same place the spring goes but instead it attaches around the screw column at the front of the battery/pcb section instead of the little white column.
This increased turning radius (widened turns) but it made the car able to turn and immediately straighten again properly.:approve:
