  i dont know if im out of my league here, but i think that lancer in the ausmicro banner is so predictable. You guys should make it a gloria or maybe even a supra. But soooo many people have a lancer. Just saying, dont take it personally:D

  1) I don’t have a Lancer
  2) Don’t have a Supra either
  3) I didn’t choose it, ask Aaron
  4) that Lancer ain’t even a “TOMMI” one
  5) Gloria don’t have many fans it seems, noone in Oz knows what it is
  
  I just think it was chosen ‘cos its RED.
  (and red cars go faster!!):D

  ok, ok… i can tell when i am wrong. The lancer is ok i guess. And red cars DO go faster, much faster.

  The Lancer will only ever appear on the website logos and doesn’t appear on any of the merchandise or stickers.
  
  I expect in time we will actually drop the Lancer, and use the plain logo – which as others have already pointed out will be around for a long while to come. A bit like the blue hued website.
  
  However there are some changes coming in the few weeks.month as I update code and stuff 😉

  For a start, it wouldn’t matter what car you picked, you can’t please all of the people all of the time.
  
  Next, red white and blue has been mentioned in connection with the French and American, *ahem* what colours are on the Australian flag fellas???

  But I think the red white and blue was chosen because it is the most popular colour combination for a marketable environment, and supposedly not controversial ~ sheesh, that was wrong huh? :smiley2:

  Absolutely 100% spot on there!
  
  Light reflects at different wavelengths through the colour spectrum, and red reflects light at a different frequency…. basically this effect means that aerodynamically, red cars have less drag coefficient and therefore….
