  Z, you avatar is TOO HUGE!!! Man it took 3 minutes for this page to finish loading. There is a limit of 5K for an avatar size, I know this sux but it makes viewing a forum discussion THAT much easier…..

  Yup – please think about other users when linking in your avatars, they do slow the Forums down for some people on slower modems (like me when at home).

  otherwise, you must be in the city!!! i live out in the stix an d my slow modem uploaded that avatar in under a second!
  
  how many browser windows are you trying to use at once and please dont blame your isp’s lag on my cool little avatar! try using the net when it aint so “popular” i.e after school and dinner time, every bodies webtime sux during those overcrowded hours.

  Dude, it loads really quick because it’s cached. If you press CRTL-F5 just watch how long it takes…..

  well im on fiber…:D:D:D. seems fine to me!! but i do connect through my cell on ocassion when in the field at work… some pages do take forever…

  The 5kb limit isn’t actually imposed. However if I extend the functionality to ally people to upload avatars onto our server for use I will be locking down the file size!
  
  At the moment all we ask if that people be considerate and if it gets too much abuse I can/will make changes to stop the abuse!

  There was no avatar problem, you’d entered them fine and then simply not selected them from the list 😉
