Good day… in Italy they are the 10:00 of the morning.. 😀
We are trying several types of resin in order to test them in crash test…for this end week we try to stamp with a specific resin for carbon (coast enough but “Chemical” the result has assured us… :D:D).
The model on which executing the stamp then to invent it you, with a model in “plastilina” or, as I have made in the photos, with a shell that you already have (in photo Ferrari 360 Modena, the clone.)
The shell in Carbon he is much rigid and resistant one, the Kevelar is soft and resistant, but it has serious problems in the cut and worked being… other time wants time to us… us wants in order to experiment…
Betty, I have not made in time to plan the Full suspension that already you have made it… much good, burnt on the time… eh, eh, eh… I thought that it would have to change the attack of the shell, in way to have the shell fixed on other points and not on the posterior one of the car…in way to leave the suspension free to move…I will follow your councils and I will try to stamp something that it can simplify the things…:smiley2:

We are thinking to sell something, also for having badget for ulterior modifications… the product it is enough good, but in our thought there would be the plan to commercialize, beyond that the siliconic rubbers, also the stamp for being able to make “house yours” your tires us.
We have the possibility in order to find all the types of Shore and other materials of professional use for the production of stamps (to construct shell) and materials evolution like Carbon fiber, Kevelar fiber…..
Soon I make to know news you…. we keep ourselves in contact….

My machine is one LXX booster.
I have carried out the following modifications: motor 4,2, battery 200mA, rigid shocks-absorber, mosfet, aerodynamic aluminium heat sink, gear 12:1 and the tires us I to them have constructed (30 shore).
I have found, in Germany, wheels from 6mm in aluminum, but in the shell they do not enter…

We are constructing one shell increased with of the resin from stamp.

I believed was passes time…. but the Bit Char G true passion has become one…

I have the contrary problem: increase weight on the machine why with rubbers to high adhesion and the several modifications (mosfet, cell…), every time that inserted delivery with the booster, the machine it pulls up the front wheels…
I and my friends have decided to micro mount two bearings on the front wheels for umentare the weight, diminishing the friction and to increase the directionality of the machine… 👿

The tires have us a hardness of the rubber that comes normally expressed in “Shore”.
This is an unit of certifyd measure and from the tests that I have executed, creed that the tires us “standard” would have to be of 50C.
I have realized of the tires us to high grip, with silicon rubber from 30c.
Now I must invent a system of front chassis with bearings in order to diminish the friction and to increase the weight front.
At the moment I do not have photo but soon I make to see the photos you of my tires us greens… 😀

The only thing that can stop your fantasy is the pieces amount that you have constructed…
I have 16 curves and 12 rectilinear ones from 50 cm….every time that I mount it, comes to me various…
They are content that it appeals to to you even if not there are many visual effects… when I will realize the start light you will be informed… 😀

With the mosfet they increase the current consumptions. I have in mind to make a pair of modifications (dual cell and light).
The problems that I have had, as far as the mosfet, I have resolved them making a bridge on the incomes of the mosfet (only worked to forwar).
When they arrive to me led and batteries from Japan, I install them and I make to see the result you… :D:D

After several problems they are successful to install the mosfet… 😀 the speed is increased, the torque is highest and…. it has created problems to the wheels: The coupling gears, for the excess torque, they are smooth…:clown::clown:
however it is not a problem… seeing like is changed, is not a problem….. eh, eh, eh…
