They look like some rims that I’ve got…

They’re off a clone (same as Bit but grey not chrome), and I cut every second spoke out.. so they’re 4spoke instead of 8.

Hmmm… I’ve just had a look on ebay, and it is a skyline shell…

So I guess the only way to get a clear Rx-7 is the body set…

Yeah, you need to get the charging “clip” thing off the remote (cut or unsolder the wires), and connect it to a 4-battery holder. I think the QFM website has instructions.

    Thanks for the info guys…

I have been charging it till its warm (~5min), I might try a higher voltage.

For a dual bat with 86maH, they’d have to be wired in parralel yeah?

The bB would be good to lower. It’s got a big square cabin that would fit over the PCB cover..

I think they take 6 AA batteries for the car and a 9volt (the rectangular one) for the controller. If your not modifying it, I think standard batteries would do, but rechargables would be recomended. I haven’t got one, so don’t take my word for it.

These aren’t the Tincars that most people have (they’re 1:32), these ones are a bit bigger (1:16).
