hey talldude, well it was a quick build due to the fact i just dual celled by lxx. Its basically made from the battery cradle thats on the base of most cordless phones, which is a back up power source, for power cuts and so on. I basically charge the cells for about 2 to 3 mins to be on the safe side.

I wasnt aware of that:approve:. Chino i need your help quick fast man, i’m am now attempting that dual cell mod, same set up. The cells, pos+ to neg
    – are joined/soldered together and i know i have to solder the pos+ wire from the pcb to the pos+ terminal on the unjoined section of the cell that has another wire attached running to the pos+ tab in the chassis. My ? is where does the neg- /black wire from the pcb go, do i just leave it soldered to the neg- tab in the chassis or what. im stumped please help.

this pic was my instructions, if it shows up notice no wire coming from the neg- side, i’m assuming a wire does go there and to the neg-tab in the chassis. pic courtesy of Bitmod.tk.

If the image does not appear try this.

Thanks a bunch chino. My lxx chassis has a stock 200AAA cell whithin i am hoping to dual it with a 50AAA cell. hopefully in the same setup you have, so it can fit in my lxx chassis thus accommodating my custom lo pro body. Excuse the foolish ? but when you say you used soldering tabs, is that conductive? and if so would it detach if the cell becomes hot?

Pretty Spank ride Chino,i know those double wheels must give that thing some sick torque. But really you must tell me how you managed to cram those cells so neatly in a bit chassis.Because i too am working on a low profile ride that definately needs dual celling.

Thanks for putting that in prospective z-beam. Do you know the name of that waxy substance i was talking about? And a bmw z-3 would look sweet, you should try your hand at it. You could call it the z-beamer:D:D, hmm that has a nice ring to it.

I guess you can call it almost fully customed, i chopped up a body and used custom made parts. When its complete i will see if anyone can guess which BIT body i used. I assume fully custom would mean using a mold, wax or some sort of liquid plastic, or something like that. I forgot the name of it but if i could get my hands on some of that stuff, the sky is the limit. And yes your supra would really look sweet lifesized.

Thanks alot guys, jamie, Merc, Toyo yes unfortunately i do not have access to a machine shop. I guess quattro will just have to be a name for now. Jamiekulhanek i know you say you lost interest, but could you brake it down for me a little bit about your prototype. Possibly some pics or a diagram, it sounds very interesting.

Thanks a bunch guys, keep up the good work
