damn yagbols, another great car, featuring another interesting character. Great work on the beetle mate, looks great.
damn, thats some great work, nice detail, would be fun to drive.
I live in brisbane also. But on the other side. I live in sunnybank.
maybe you could enquire at bitpimps as to whether someone will make you one and ship it over, or ship one of theirs over, might be a bit of cost involved though. What part of brisbane are you in by the way?
sorry, just checked out your website, you already have a beetle. Micro_amps can set you up with a fet mod which will make your car faster, much faster… His pricing is on his website, and is very cheap.
i’m not sure whether he has a beetle or not, but he sells modified bits and might be able to hook you up with a beetle kit modified.
you might want to pm micro_amps to see if he can fix you up with a mosfetted beetle. or check his website:
nice, it looks like it handles better than your previous drifting video.
theres still another month to go…be patient
you can edit your message, there is an icon at the top of each post you make, one of the 5 icons.
great looking car otp, the colour is great, the body looks great.
ok, i’ll probably have a look over the weekend or next week, where are you at merc-blue?
Quote:BitHeads site seems to have disappeared anyway. I’ve never used him, so I can’t comment on that being a loss or not.I have placed an order with him that will hopefully be shipped soon, i’ll let you know if it all goes well, but i trust him, he has good communication and has let me know whats going on through the process.
also, speed mods can be done, and bought of Micro_amps, just check his signature from one of his posts and his link is here. The super bits have wheels that juts clip off. Most people do a full wheel exchange, the tutorial for that can be found at http://www.bitpimps.lixlink.com

the new super bit’s have exchangable rims. But most people on here that you see with different rims have modified them to fit the wheels. check bithed to order a super bit.
Quote:This is just a gratuitous self post?? :dead:Not to mention double posted! You got some great video’s there mate, good work.
i know of bit char-a but do not know much of their quality, sorry.
I have also heard that clones can be pretty good. But there is more chance of getting a dodgy one.
check the ausmicro galleries too, I have some of my cars in there:
http://members.ausmicro.comcheck out some of the bitpimps cars from their contests too they should give you some ideas:
Middle of Da Road
Twisted Plastic
Most Pimped Out Ride
and this one is the pimps ride of da week, hasn’t been going long however so not many cars yet:
Ride of Da WeekIs anyone still after me to get one of these things? I might be able to have a look around over the next week or 2, so let me know if you are after one, I dont think postage will be cheap though, they seem fairly big from what i’ve seen.
I dont want to know what panda was doing with his willy. Just kidding, can we see any pics?
this guy above is the one you need to talk to :smiley2: he did mine, and its great, I recommend him.
yeah, purple is a great colour, check out my gloria, its in my gallery (signature). It is a fairly dark purple though, but i like it.
hey man, this should be in BCG discussion not mini z discussion, check out this topic here, the boost doesn’t increase the maximum speed of the car I believe, the turbo makes it go the speed it would on a single speed car, but it allows you to slow down for technical turns.
Just remember, Bit Char g = microsizer in U.S. = compact Char g in Aus.
