I said that because my car got flipped hundreds of times and nothing broke on the PCB. So Good Work uA on the FET mod.
As they banned fireworks. Kids start doing illegal stuff more often. Such as, getting fire works illegaly.
I don’t think it will be the FET connections fault. Because uA put epoxy all over it. As he said, that’s probably the strongest part of the PCB. Check everything first. Then when u run out of ideas, just take a pic of your car PCB and internals. Then people from the forum can help u.
I learnt it in Year 9. But trash, merc-blue means that Ohms Law was learnt in Year 11 Physics. Not Algebra.
I agree with ph2t. But when u just spin the motor freely(without the gears, just the motor in the car.) The noise still seems stronger when reverse. And that happens to every single car. Why is that???
How Fast is the Tank? And I think u can find a cover or a small camera for it.

Cool. It’s not that windy on Sunday so I took the palne play around a little. It’s way better than fly in windy days.
And uA do u know anyway to extend the run time? Like where to get bigger batteries for this plane?I think u might flip the car or drop the car a few times when u play with it. Then the forward connection might broken. Open up the car and see if the wires are all connected.
THanks uA, I have 4 props to experiment on:smiley2:
And what i wish is the clone SBCG shells too. Then it’ll be the best.
uA: So 130 motors can handle 8.4V? Or does the circuit converts to 3V or something? And what is the stock motors RPM?
I had another play with my plane today./ It’s a bit windy but i manage to keep the plane in one piece. It hovers in the air when i make it against the wind. And almost every single one of my landing is vertical landing(i just turn off the motor when it’s only about 2 foot from the ground).
And now I definitaly think that this plane needs a fan jet or a Plasma Dash. It just can’t climb fast enough.

Cool, the time i’ve been waiting for except now i don’t have time, busy with exams:dead:
I just got one today. It’s really tough. I crashed it alotta times because of the wind. And it’s control is really good.
And now i think that a fan jet is needed. the stock motor is too weak to climb up rapidly from the start. But it’s really good for the price. I actully only paid $69 for it because if u minus the value of the free batteries($41). So it’s really cheap. And now all i have to is get a new 12V AC adaptor 1000mah so i can charge the plane without the batteries. My lowering is not to add any extra weight onto the car. And i don’t mean lower the shell to make it look good. I mean to lower the chassis.
I think 100 metres is good enough for this plane because it’s not that big, when it’s 100m away, it’ll be small and hard to see, it’s fun when u aim the plane at ur self and u can try to run from it:p THis plane has a foam nose so when it hit u it won’t as hurt as being hit by a porpeller.:smiley2:
Micro_Amps: When u put the electric jet motor(the ducted fan) on the Skywolf. THe plane will under alotta G force when it turns. so i suppose u gonna renforce it with tough and light material.

Most likely the batteries are 1/4 AAAs.
uA: i thought the Bit PCBs can handle 6V, y can’t it move when it’s only 4.8V?What i mean is to lower the actual the middle bit of the chassis not the shell.
When i figure out the best way to do it, i’ll post it.That’s how the old F86 work.
micro_Amps: when u mean they are a ‘dead calm’ flier, do u mean they are not good with windy conditions?
Barto: The WRX is blue with yellow rims. 27Mhz.
Micro-Amps: now i definately will buy the SKywolf. It’s seems really good quilaty(way better than the Yellow Bee).
$120 is not bad. THey sell around $100-110 on the net. then plus postage it’ll cost about the same.
This car is a definately a dragster. If u want it for racing. U have to lower the whole car so much. Maybe about 1 mm from the ground.
My plans for the future lowering of my fast cars is to cut the steering assembly and the rear end off and re-attach the middle assembly lower to the ground so that the centre gravity will lower dramatically because the batteries are the main weight on the car.Yeah. The Jaycar Micro RC cars are more look to scale. I was looking for the Dual Speed ones except they were sold out.
Betty.K: did u see any of the 2 speeds in stock?
And how much did u pay for the tank?Seems that 1 month of waiting is worth it after all.
It’s sad that the law of physics stricted the cars ability to run 90 degrees slope:dead: probebly not even 80 degrees slope because the balance of the car. But i think ur car will be able to run 65-70 degrees. Just my Internal Dual Cell with pink tires is able to run 60 degrees.so u looking for a Track driven tank. then i have no idea. because the Laser Tag Battle vehicles is on sale in Jaycar.
