z-beam that looks about 2mm thick the fiberglass bottom plate wont be anything to worry about also i know u can get quite good servos that will fit instead of teh blue POS

i think this new IW is gonna be one of teh best 1:28s mainly because teh xmod is so heavy and needs lots of knowlage and skill to get going fast and the mini-z is way to breakable

    1) yes there is a difference the kyosho uses better quality manufactoring and materials also higher quality electronics (hence the higher price)

    2) if u have the money the kyosho is better

    3) 90% of parts will fit both Iw and kyosho but if u have the kyosho u can be sure they will only a few servo bits wont fit both

if u want to race i suggest looking into whats around i think u might find in your area there arent many mini-z racers

yes this will happen becasue the RX circut will still drain the battery even when not using it eventualy it will be ‘zero shorted’ which effectivly means dead they can be ‘revived but seriously shortened run time and life before they give up

well depends on ur charge rate a computer PSU supplys 11.8ish and drops right down to 11.0 or less under decent loads (they say 400watts but dont mean it they use a different testing procces) when a charger says 12 volts it means 13.8 if chargin AAs and stuff or flight pack not a big problem but when ur doing car packs and 1:10 packs with 3-7A they start to struggle and then go boom (well just fry sometimes some flame)
