I was thinking somthing similar to Blur
no Zs in the house at the moment. but would a RCP track with a few little jumps thrown in for fun. give people enough incentive to pull out microTs to race?are the guys from gigspeed on this forum?
hey guys, what sorta stuff is being race at box hill? I still have a box of various toys, everyone knows you can never truely walk away would love to come have a play?
Hey kids.
I was recently browsing the web and saw these and ****.
To think how far the world has come from the epochs and MR01s to this.I will have to get one when the prices settle.
William. at a guess 😉
I have had both digi Qs and the digi Q R (which had steerable front wheels)
These look like a improvement over both as the QRs were bad aswell
Is there still got 7 steps in throttle/turning?may have to get me a super min hornet
kero,
PP=police paddocks out near dandy,
I spose not casue you live 4 hours the other way, i should try to get some pics of my current hangar stock, kero do you ever go out to PP to fly? i have meaning to get out there recently but am to busy
Dont do it,
GPM dont make very good quality partsI also mentioned diffs,
What he is expereincing is just a crappy open diff, a ball diff works well, the on power problem is identical to the off power,
Because the braking and acceleration both are dont at the motor the diff affects both on and off power, the “diffing out” is causes but a mixture of weight balance and suspention setup, it is technically possible to remove it with the right setup,
But its much easier to just buy a nice kyosho ball diffball diff?
and do you have brake or just reverse?
if your slamming reverse wit rill be doing a combination of things,
firstly under braking any “slop”in steering will cause it to “slop” the other side from the way it down under power could be “slopping” to the left,
No ball diff chances are one wheel has slightly less traction and it powering down on thatPMED (10char)
Yeah im building a 4 player cab i have heaps of room and it will be used mostly for 1/2 players and the occational 4 player TMNT game
player 1 and 2 are comfortable 3/4 are abit arkward but bearable
cant wait to give my mates a royal flogging on the streetfighter series, keen on getting some KOF and tekken etc going although i never spent enough time to get very proficent at it, only figting game i truly mastered was SF II but i havnt player in soo soo longdiehard- anychance i could borrow your rom set to burn or just copy to a external HDD? i am in a waiting list for one on a arcade site but its gonna take about 2 or 3 months to get to me, essentially im a impaitent bastard
There is this thing that some grownups do, most of us call it working,
i have been trying to perfect my piss poor piloting along with building a MAME cabinetbetty, stick to the choppers its very very rewarding becasue its so hard
May 26, 2007 at 10:30 pm in reply to: adding a team assciated speed control to an Xmod or mini-z ? #60705Sorry but i dont think its really reasonable,
best bet is to buy your self a external “turbo”q steers will drive the best i recon,
zipzap SEs wouldnt be far off eitherAaron any chance of a circuit diagram with purchase? cosidering whacking one into a Micro-T just need to know what wire dose what
So its here,
Took it for a blat and im really impressed with it after the total rubbish of the Mini T.
Should put in a order for all the trick bits soon give it a stripdown and rebuild,
With its size accuracy is likly to be a problem with cheap alloy components,
The toe blocks in the rear and uprights castor hubs etc all should be accurate as they can alter the handling dramaticly,
Has anyone any experience with different alloy componenets?would just like to say the micro mosquito is flipping unreal,
its a similar size to a piccoZ but with fwd/back control im in love with it,
also found it flys really well sadly they have quality control issues so some a great and some are rubbish
Cat hates it though!Mine should arrive tomorrow,
When it gets here first things its getting are a few alloy bits (i saw matts run for about 1 second before snappping a rear hub) to replace anything that looks fragile:
front/rear hubs? Arm mounts, possibly steering links
heli bits and make up some tierods
Bearings
possibly have a play with some motor options,
and have a tear down/rebuild to asses the general quality and make sure everything is how i want it,
then maybe look at motor options and some li-po cells (can get some pretty small LVCs and alarms these days)Apart from matts beast what others are floating around and in what sort of state?
I have just received a micro moquito in the mail will let you guy know how she flys compared to the piccoZ
MM has 3 chan (everything except strafe)
Which is a fair effort for its size,Any idea of current pulls on the IPS motor in this application i ran IPs
the IPS motor is a 12mm (case dia.) right? that opens the doors to some very serious very easy Brushless mods,Whats the current draw on the IPS in a microT casue i know its stuff all in a plane
ANy cahnce i could drop it off for repair?
Let us know whens a good time, wouldnt mind having a quick look at the micro-t decide if i should go thereyeah it was a delux or somthing that was unreleased or very new when i got it,
I iwll get a pic or 2 of it, to identify ityou wernt meant to do that!!,
How does it go matt?
body still fit with the nelly? whats it weigh with the li-po? -
