kitsune. a custom chassis is a big job i got a few suggestions…
    1. do it in plates eg. a bottom plate thena top plate
    2. make the rear so it can just join ont a H plate
    3. keep the fround asembly petty much the same (save pissing around with servos)

yeh that will do it.. and yeh hook that up to a 4 AAA pack and you will do it you will beable to charge them like jamie said much faster then the rcmarts ones.. just a note (these all have 12V inputs) so you can use either a car battery/gel cell to power it or a 12v power supply with a current rating for a few amps

well a standard charger supplys a set current a delta peak can supply a varity of different currents set by a knob on the front mine does up to 10 amps (which will blow most standard batteys only high capacity batterys cna be cahrged).. u can do low current for battery condidtioning and high current for quick charging between races… a delta peack can have the batterys set in them “charging for a month” and not over charge try it with a standard charger (DSE sorta thing)and you will have a fire.. yeh 15 mins on a high curent

hmm i dont know there i fine cell foam .. they dont have great grip and joins arent great (if i was you i would go to clark rubber and buy a roll of recycled tyre rubber it will be cheap and very grippy and also rollable … just need foam tyres and would be perfect

a delta peak cheack the output of the batterys and stops when there fully charged and then swaps to a trickle charge (to keep them charged fully untill you check) you can vary the input to your cells to vary charging times.. the ice pack its too keep the cells cool (because of high input) all the 45 min charger will be is a standard charger .. with a higher current (my cheapo charger does them in 5 hours with its output this thing wil have a higher output to charge them faster.. pretty simple the 45 mins thing is abit of a gimick i think.. you basically plug them in and do some math to work out a suggested charge time but never fully charged becasue you dont know about residual charge the worked charge time is always abit undercharged etc etc etc .. if you dont get that tell me and i will re phrase it all

z-beam a delta peak is a much better charger than a ni-cad/nimh charger (if its a set for a time period then com back) unless its a delta peak which most arent
