    the mirrors on the mrs comes on stalks. I was going to use a small drill to drill through the body into the mirror stalks (where the mirror initially was connected to), superglue a piece of wire in the mirror part and push through the body. That was then the mirror hits something harder with more weight, it just fold in rotating on the wire axis.

    I read about it on http://www.mini-zracer.com last year sometime but havent tried it. My other body is the Lancer which has the mirrors connected solidly to the body…

    Hope this helps… SOon as I find my Zs, I’ll grab some pics and see if I can photoshop it or not…

    Can you drill a tiny hole and then superglue a piece of wire and then thread it through the body?? That way it can be bent back into place.. I was thinking of doing it to my MR-S but havent found it as yet…

    Oh, I meant modding the pulses so it makes it less noisy and not faster. (Well, faster would be good… but I’m just wondering if Tomy has made the pulses too far apart or something…)

    japan for me.

    Someone mentioned that originally, there was a difference in the colour of the chassis as to whether it came from japan or china

    Well, I got the Castrol Supra bodyshell and a red and clear celica bodyshells.

    Am seriously thinking of the Fairlady, but I really should wait for my next paycheck.

    Also looking for a Toyota Bb bodyshell too 😀

    Nah, clones are great.. At least I know what to do and what not to do while experimenting on a clone before I try it out on the original!! 🙂

    Looking at increasing my collection of 2 (1 tomy, 1 lxx) after the next paycheck 😀

    I’d go the other way and would like to see a Lancia Stratos or something like that, Maybe a Lancia Delta Integrale 😀

    I agree with Shypo.

    After buying a real Tomy from him, I also got an LXX. Though the LXX is faster out the box, I found the original to be much smoother and more accurate (while steering)

    I don’t have any others though… Will probably look at another clone sooner or later 😀
