well what you have to do is add up the cost of the car, the batteries, and then how much labour you have to put into it, about $75 ??

best gears depends on what your racing, same as a normal car, if you want acceleration, accleration gears, etc, id mainly use high speed on mine tho.

yep all parts are interchangeable, they are the same thing, just been given a new name, but only 2 cars under the compact cahr-g range, compared to about 20 under the bit char-g name.

is there anything under the car where the steering is (metal peices) that may be effected the steering magnet ?

The only thing to fix steering is usually to open it up, and that is quite difficult the first time.

Get in there, clean it up, watch out for the steering spring tho, clean the magnet, place it in the middle of the holder, that should make a difference
