hey dgs, long time no post.. (for me anyhow!)when do you reckon the next group buy would happen? finally got kevsta`s GT3 kind of back together, was going to run it but looks strange with narrow tyres. might have to look into some wide plastic ones..

thanx N-hawk, broke my plastic motor clip so this should be the way to go! i`ll ask around with the sydney/meadowbank guys and see what i can come up with. ps,what is done to the modified motor mount, and where`s your side of the fishing hole?

hey guys, i`m in need of an MR01 metal motor mount.. where is the PN motor mount available and how much should i expect to pay??

does bithead stock that kind of thing? how do you think that sort of plate would compare to your O plate?? sure looks like it could take a beating, handy for those who like to jump their Z`s!!

yeah the more the better!! any further developments track wise for this sunday? ..i still think we should all get some hose & lots of tape, maybe that wide silver electrical tape?? might be an idea to sweep where we`re sticking the tape, sort of didn`t stick last time!!

are iwavers as fragile as i think they are, or did talldude just have rotten luck with his? ..and man that`s a tricky looking rear carbon plate, anything like that available for miniZ? ..looks like it wouldn`t break in a hurry!!

i`m pretty happy with my Xspeed/single turbo combo especially in relation to reliability but would like to know how much better my Xspeed would be with a bearing case?? is it worth doing to an Xspeed or am i better off with another motor?

a bit of advice tim… it`s pretty hard to impress someone (DGS!!) that has just about every miniZ available!! & let`s not talk about BIT`s!!! ..& i hope to see ya sunday! ..oh yeah, now that my car is comparitively slow i`m all for stock motor non-FET/turbo races, LOL!!

so i`d be better off with sanyo`s or energizers (750/800) over the powertech 900`s? how much of a difference would i notice with these batteries (sanyo/energizer) over my powertech 800`s? i`m running a single turbo/Xspeed combo in an MR01..

i don`t know much about these little cars but i have heard of mod`s to greatly increase range..& am interested!! what`s the easiest/most proven way to do this & is there a down side to such mod`s? ..i`ve got a 27 mhz char-g bought in australia..

p.s. dgs, how do i “search things up”? you have all the paperwork and made the order. i have no experience in ordering things like this. tell me what i do to get $$$ back & i`ll do it. you know i`m broke & could really do with $$$!!! talk to you soon.

hey tim, pitty you couldn`t make it today, we had a few people eager to have a run against your car!! ..not my wrx though, think something was loose after swapping chassis`s and smoke came out of my turbo.. it kind of melted so i`m back to a slow car till i can get a new one…

ok sydney racers, i`m thinking we should have a bbq down at meadowbank.. just sausages, bread and sauce kind of thing!! i`ve got cooking stuff so if people bring stuff to eat i`ll have stuff to cook on.. i guess it`s easiest if we just bring stuff for ourselves?? everyone call eachother!!

if we can work out some kind of carpet landing area, i can only see about half the problems getting me again.. maybe less!! you just need a good take off to do a good landing!!!

yeah guys, blame the jumps.. i think some people are too precious with their cars!! jumping a racer is about as much fun as you can have, i`m not crazy, you`re all missing out!! p.s. tall dude, some of my landings were a clear 10.0!!!!
