    yeh they do. my x-mod got faster when i painted the shell red.. maybe that was the 2 extra cells or maybe the fets i put in while i was painting

    panda depends on what wire the wire that on the xspeed motor i got is like a rubber band it wouldnt have any influence on it even with a thin h plate

    who knows about 1:10 offroad… casue i have no idea n weather thats a good price.. i know about mini-z, xmods and BCGs but nothing about 1:10

    panda.
    unless ur into electonics mods and putting extra cells and voltage regulators, fet, handwinding motors… etc etc etc. dont buy one.. as soon as you get it to make it compeditive you need bearings 6 cells fet. MIN. also if u put in AWD u need to mod the turning circle otherwise a BCG will have better tuning than you…. lots of mods

    kero. u can replace a resistor or 2 in PCB to make ur turn much tighter. have a lookaround other forms i think i saw it in tinyrc.com

    yeh i got both x mod and mini z …. and there both fun … i dont like the mini-z cause its to expensive to be able to chop up were as a xmod is cheap enough…

    also ive been offered a Mtroniks DPC90 peak detection charger for 40 bux.. is it worth it .. i mean any charger is woth 40 bux isnt it?

    yeh im there this time i think i might be allowed outta my box… ill try to have my x-mod running by then.. also if im lucky my 130BCG will be running… i might bring a mate who ive been trying to get hooked on this stuff

    a 130 is a standard “hobby” motor… its about the same size as in a mini-z and in most “toy” Rcs. you can get them from ur LHS or DSE or jaycar
