OK Gentlemen!

I am picking up (well the courier has to drop them off so I can pick them up) all the Hummers and stuff today. You have a few options for payment and shipping….

Option 1:

You Direct Deposit the cashola (prices listed int eh thread) and I post a HUGE box of stuff up to dgs73 for distribution. The advantage of this is you don’t pay postage.

Option 2:

You go to shop.ausmicro.net and add everything to a cart and check out using one of the payment options. This calculates a shipping price for everything to your door.

Yeah the quick answer is…. For me to buy fireworks as an ACT resident it can only be done for the week preceeding the Queens Birthday (June) longweekend. They can only be let off within the ACT on the long weekend between 5pm and 10pm. That’s it 🙁

BUT

The good news is that anyone with out-of-state ID can buy them at any time and export them from the ACT legally without a problem. It’s kinda stupid law but I guess it’s what I’ve got to live with. So yeah – buying fireworks in Canberra = easy if you’re nto from ACT. Hard if you are. Well that’s thje way it used to be. I don’t know if it’s still the same as there seems to be less fireworks shops about these days..

Same here in Canberra on Saturday! Our home watertank actually has a trickle in it now! Pity it stayed dry yesterday as well althoughthat did allow Kitty and I to let off approximately 3kg of fireworks!

It s interesting to finally have a reason to use a lot of the security tools built into the site. It’s also interesting to play the game tracking the dude down.

It’s actually the factory fitted screen. The display for climate controls and radio etc overlays the xbox/video input as well. It’s not a touchscreen but there is an IR eye aver the screen that is very easy to link to an IR repeater circuit.

The xbox can have 200+Gb drives installed to play MP3 🙂

I use Firefox 99% of the time too. And for the most part quotes and display is now very neat….

BUT, make sure you ve cleared your cache etc! (Ctrl-F5 to reload clean) As it can be the cause of the jumbling!

Becuase I believe in an open community I’ve left your posts here. But I should point out a few things. Nothing is learnt by destruction, nor is anything learnt by looking at a webpage that gives you clear instructions on how to do something, be that wipe your arse after taking a dump or ‘kiddie scripting’. If you were actually building up any skills at all you’d be one of those people writing the web page and working with software developers to fix bugs like the one you manipulated.

But whats the output result like?

OK Quotes Bug mostly fixed for IE and Firefox under Windows…..

OK I think we re getting close. To make sure you get teh best chance of the Quotes working right, Change your theme (Home page, left side) then change it back. This makes your PC reload the info that defines how the Editor and posts are laid out.

Still no fix for the Safari vs IE vs FireFox thing

Pretty much. I suppose I should get off my backside and work out how to drive a “regular” servo with a Mini-Z PCB then all would be peachy! Extra light weight!

Testing from my Mac now. Looks OK in Safari, have to build in the new Smilies for Mac/opera users though!
Can’t have the all secreted away for the IE users only.
