The ’40 Willy’s is not your typical American AMC Jeep. It’s the 2 door type that was used for the drags. I’m not sure if was under Ford at that time. I don’t have a digital camera so I can’t post pics.

Well – use WD-40, but take the tires well away first. If you use grease, you’ll pick up all hair and stuff. So just take off the tires – spray with WD-40 dry it out a bit and put the tires back on. Worked for me!

I hear graphite based oils are the best because something about them not attracting hair and such.

On my Xanavi special ed. Skyline most of it is paint. The only stickers are on the doors and the spoiler. It also came with additional stickers for you to put on.

Ideally you’d want one no bigger than 5-10kb.

Dooggupman: Cheers for posting that, mate. I (and a lot of other people, I bet) have been looking everywhere for a proper shot of the Supra. Now all that remains is for someone to producean out-of-the-box shot of the car itself:smiley1:

Just a quick question for anyone who may be in the know – it also kinda applies to the Special Edition (Skyline GTR’s) Bit Char-G’s too. Are all the logos etc on the Lancer WRC body painted on, are they decals, or are they just stickers? Looking at the photo (and havingnever seen aSpecial Editionmodel ‘in the flesh’, so to speak) it’s kind of hard to tell…

I’d appreciate it if anyone who’s seen a Special Edition Skyline can also give me an answer. Thanks in advance.

    Cool idea!

Just remember guys, keep the sigs small in (byte) size. The bigger they are the longer they take to load….

Will work on one later this week, too.

This is quite strange and I thinks it’s pure coincidence because both the yellow S2000s and the blue Skyline GTRs are 40 mhz – so it’d be easier for the manufacturers to make everything completely identical and then add the different chasis and packaging them seperately later. This would mean that both the types of cars *should* be identical in respects to performance and relibility.

Just a thought that I’d like to share…

Hey Pixelator – Researched at Scale auto.com and found HO clear lexan bodies for 1.65 ea. I have actually purchased and painted a ’40 Willy’s, ’57 Nomad, ’75 beetle and even the Austin Mini, thatlooks good and fits the Bit Char-g chassis. You can mount the bodies with velcro, 2 way tape, or plain magic tape over the bottom of the chassis and body.Your lap times will definitely increase!
